Steven Taetz is a Toronto-based vintage pop, swing, jazz singer and composer who has worked all around the world including Carnegie Hall, The Bitter End and Rockwood Music Hall (NY), The Rogers Centre (Toronto), Blue Room (Korea), Hotel Café (LA), and House of Jazz (Montreal). Since 2014, he has been focusing on the American Songbook and jazz standards, writing and recording traditional-pop, and swing originals. He has collaborated with leaders in Canadian jazz, including Barbra Lica, Michael Occhipinti, Drew Jurecka, Dawn Tyler Watson, George Koller, Ernesto Cervini, and Wendy Lands.

Twelfth Night follows an ensemble cast of clowns and lovers alike, all attempting to navigate courtship, relationships, and a few actual ships. At it’s core, the play is about looking for a life partner and finding yourself instead, often in the darkest and most bewildering of places. Each performance will include a 20 minute intermission. Rock Garden will close to the general public at 5:30 p.m. on performance nights.
