Overview:

Core Development Group is holding a pre-application consultation meeting to discuss proposed Official
Plan Amendment and Rezoning for the properties located at 2093, 2097 and 2101 Old Lakeshore Rd and 2096
- 2100 Lakeshore Rd.

The purpose of the meeting is to obtain community feedback before Core Development submits their development
application to the City.

Currently, Core Development is proposing a 26-storey, mixed use residential development with commercial uses at the street level. A heritage building located at 2101 Old Lakeshore Rd. would remain as part of the development.

Planning staff from the City of Burlington will be in attendance, along with Ward 2 Councillor Lisa Kearns and Mayor Marianne Meed Ward.
