Slow down, take a breath, and be present in your community. Join us for a free, drop-in mindfulness session.
These sessions are weather-permitting: We will meet in the park and enjoy our session outdoors. Wear comfortable clothing, and bring a yoga mat or meditation cushion if you have one, or borrow one from us. Mindfulness activities will be facilitated by community volunteers, and will be inclusive and secular. All are welcome.
