This unstructured deep-in program allows participants to attach a float belt or resistance band and jog in the deep end. A great way to improve cardiovascular fitness without impact to joints. Beneficial for injury rehabilitation, pregnant women, sport recovery and older adults. Specific Admission & Supervision Standards are in effect for this program.
