Inaria is considering the development of 2030 Caroline Street.

This proposed development would consist of a 25 - storey mixed use building with approximately 240 residential units, including a mix of one and two bedroom units, a 6-level above grade parking structure, and ground floor commercial.

During the meeting, City Planning staff will provide an overview of the development application review process, as well as the planning polices in effect on the site.
