The City of Burlington is excited to celebrate Canada Day in Spencer Smith Park on July 1.
Join us at our serene waterfront park location! This year, we're thrilled to introduce a brand-new family zone packed with fun activities, delicious food, lively vendors, and entertainment throughout the day. Cap off the festivities with a spectacular firework and drone show!
Help keep our event GREEN and bring your own water bottle to refill at one of the water stations located throughout the park. Walk, bike, or take our FREE shuttle from Mainway Arena right into downtown!

Free Canada Day Shuttle
Downtown parking is in high demand during Canada Day festivities. Residents are encouraged to consider other transportation options such as cycling, walking, car pooling or Burlington Transit.
To ensure seamless transportation to and from the festival, our Canada Day shuttle service will commence from Mainway Arena (4015 Mainway) at 12 p.m., running on a scheduled rotation until 11:30 p.m., transporting guests to and from the Downtown John Street Bus Terminal.

9 a.m. - Yoga in the Park
11:30 a.m. to noon - Dog Show #1
Noon to 7 p.m. - Inflatable Zone
1:30 to 2 p.m. - Dog Show #2
2 p.m. - Citizenship Ceremony
3 to 3:30 p.m. - Dog Show #3
4 p.m. - Opening Ceremonies
5:15 p.m. - Bharatham Academy of Indian Dance
6 to 7 p.m. - Nagata Shachu, Japanese Taiko drumming
7:45 to 10 p.m. - King Cruff, Bob Marley’s grandson, reggae, Soca, dancehall style
