On behalf of Better Life Retirement Communities, Design Plan Services is hosting a pre-application consultation meeting to discuss a potential development proposal for a long-term care home at 4103 Palladium Way. The purpose of the meeting is to obtain community feedback before Design Plan Services submits a development application to the City. Currently, Better Life Retirement Communities is proposing the development of a five-storey long-term care facility with secondary uses of a pharmacy, a daycare and medical offices. City planning staff and Ward 6 Councillor Angelo Bentivegna will be in attendance.
